		Colin Becker Equity Director & Head of Agency Since joining the firm in September 1995 having qualified from Westminster University with a BSc Honours Degree in Estate Management, Colin's principle role has been to develop the office agency team, which focuses on disposals and acquisitions within the Central London office markets. He advises a wide and varied client base, ranging from private individuals to large institutional organisations acting on behalf of both landlord and tenant clients. 		Robin Lester BSc (Hons) MRICS Director Robin joined MERJS in March 2009 after spending the past 8 years working for a global corporate consultancy of Chartered Surveyors. He gained a Bachelor of Science degree in building surveying in 1999 and moved across into commercial agency in 2002. Robin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and specialises in all aspects of commercial agency, with a wide range of clients from Institutional Landlords through to smaller niche property companies. 		Joshua Milan Graduate Surveyor Joshua recently joined the Agency department at MERJS after working for BNP Paribas. Joshua is a Graduate Surveyor and assists in all aspects of disposal and acquisition work covering both occupational and investment disciplines.
